DELIVERY & SHIPPING POLICY

1. Delivery Coverage

We currently deliver to all Emirates within the United Arab Emirates.

International shipping is not available at this time.

2. Processing Time

  • Orders placed before 2:00 PM are typically processed on the same working day.
  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM will be processed on the next working day.
  • Working days are Sunday to Friday (excluding public holidays).

3. Delivery Timeframe

Estimated delivery time within the UAE is 1–3 working days, depending on:

  • Product availability
  • Delivery location
  • Courier schedules

Custom or special-order items may require additional processing time. If applicable, our team will notify you.

4. Delivery Charges

  • Free Delivery for orders above AED 100.
  • Orders below AED 100 may incur a delivery fee, which will be shown at checkout.

5. Same-Day Delivery (Dubai Only)

Same-day delivery may be available within Dubai for selected products and areas.

Same-day delivery requests are subject to:

  • Product availability
  • Courier availability
  • Confirmation by our support team

Additional charges may apply for same-day delivery requests.

6. Delivery Method

All orders are delivered via trusted local courier service partners.

Once the order is dispatched, customers may receive tracking details (if provided by courier).

7. Delivery Attempts

If the courier is unable to deliver due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address
  • No one available to receive the package
  • Customer unresponsive to courier communication

A re-delivery charge may be applied.

8. Inspection Upon Delivery

Customers are requested to inspect items at the time of delivery.

If the product appears damaged or incorrect:

  • Report immediately to our support team within 48 hours
  • Provide photos/videos if possible

Late damage claims may not be accepted.

9. Return Shipping

  • If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect:
    Harmony House Trading LLC will cover the return shipping cost.
  • If the customer wishes to return due to change of mind:
    The customer will bear the return shipping cost.
